The breakfasts were absolutely authentic and delicious from homemade bread and mango jam, fresh fruit, fresh squeezed orange juice, delicious coffee and the main dishes were soooo great! Pool was so great! Staff were so friendly

I loved it here! The staff were so lovely, and helpful, i would love to stay here again. Each morning we were treated to a different homemade breakfast that was delicious. This was my favourite part of staying here. They had beach umbrella's and beach blankets to take to the beach. It's was close to everything in San Pancho. The room was laid out perfectly and very clean, lots of places to hang clothes and towels. Our room entrance was right beside the pool, very convenient for wanting to hang out at our accommodation. It was a very quiet stay.

The staff were lovely and helpful. The pool is small but warm and deep enough to swim in. Breakfast varied a bit everyday and included fresh bread/toast, fruit, homemade jams, and strong coffee.

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast room is beautiful, with a great view. The breakfasts are great. They have a pool and pool area that is great. We actually had two visits, one day apart. The 1st one was for one night in a normal room by the pool. The 2nd visit was for 3 nights and in the master suite - very large with a wraparound deck and great views.

Great sized rooms, the staff were so friendly! Bed was big and comfy. The pool is small but perfect for just a few people - great to cool off in the heat of San Pancho! The breakfasts were delicious - lots of fresh fruit and a delicious hot main course. Loved our stay here! It's a short walk to the beach - we liked not being right on the beach.

The staff is everything!!!! The sweetest and most helpful people! I got sick on my last night and they made me tea :) The breakfast was incredible every day! And different each of the 3 days we were there. The pool was extremely clean and we took advantage of it multiple days/nights. It was a short walk to town and the beach. I would definitely stay there again.

When we arrived before check in time the front desk person checked and found out our room was ready so we could check in right away which was really nice! All interactions with the staff there were great and they were all very friendly. We enjoyed the included daily breakfasts but it can be a very busy time so patience is required.

The Casa San Pancho Hotel was wonderful, beautiful and relaxing. Breakfast was delicious every morning. But the "above and beyond" award goes to the staff at Casa San Pancho! Patricia, Rebecca and Marlin spoiled us with the service, friendliness and attention to detail. We watched the NFL football playoffs on Sunday and Patricia was a phenomenal hostess, bringing drinks and helping us with the TV. Marlin and Rebecca were equally as pleasant in the mornings and Marlin assisted us with various logistics as her Spanish was a bit better than ours! We cannot thank the entire staff at Casa San Pancho more for a most memorable visit. We will return!

This is a very nice hotel. The location is great, and it's located in a quiet spot but still right by the heart of the city. Very nice staff and we loved the decor.

Overall great experience. My room was quiet, very confortable although very simple. The hotel is lovely with beautiful colonial Mexican furnitures and architecture. Well located easily walking distance of everything, yet remote enough to be peaceful and relaxing. Breakfasts are very good to.
